Useful things to tell us

• A price that looks wrong. Tell us the provider and plan, what you saw, and roughly where you were when you saw it, since providers set prices by country.
• A fact that's changed. A link to the provider's page that says so is the most useful thing.
• A VPN you'd like us to cover.
• What worked for you overseas. If you've used a VPN for Australian streaming while travelling, or in a country that blocks VPNs, tell us which VPN, where, when and what happened. We won't publish it as something we've tested, but it tells us what to check.

VPN providers and affiliate managers

Use the same address. We don't sell placement, rankings or reviews, and a commission never changes where a VPN appears.

What we can't help with

We can't help with an account, a bill or a refund for any VPN; contact the provider directly. We can't give legal advice about using a VPN in another country.
